Before routing begins, DigitalPlat's AI scans the uploaded PDF and suggests signature-box placements; the surveyor confirms or adjusts with a drag-and-drop editor.
Parallel Approval Gate
The platform simultaneously routes the plat to the recorder and all approving authorities for approval or rejection — eliminating the serial back-and-forth of email chains.
Signature Collection
Once approvals are in, the system routes to approving authorities, reviewing entities, and property owners for signatures in the correct jurisdiction-aware sequence, with notary acknowledgments handled as identity verification.
Recorder Delivery
The fully executed plat is delivered directly to the recorder's office with a complete audit trail, ready for recording.
